U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kayla Rebel, 911th Security Forces Squadron, handcuffs an acting terrorist after finding a simulated bomb on his vehicle during a barrier and anti-terrorism exercise at the 911th Airlift Wing, on Oct. 17, 2012. During the exercise, Allegheny County authorities worked with the 911th in response to a simulated threat. Practicing real world scenarios with the partnership of local law enforcement helps to maintain readiness and better mitigate risk for real world threats.
