U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alyssa Como, firefighter, 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, completes the push-up portion of the Murph Challenge at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, May 29, 2022. The challenge recognizes U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions during the War in Afghanistan, consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and finishes with an additional 1-mile run.
