A C-130J Super Hercules taxis on the flightline during ROCKI 22-03 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, May 18, 2022. In the exercise, players were tasked to deploy a Command and Control Force Element to a main operating base in the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility to command and control Mobility Air Forces assets through a scenario that progressed from establishing initial operating capability, to operating in a communication degraded environment, to countering adversary actions.
