JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 24, 2022) - Alescia Stephens, a simulation operator at Naval Hospital Jacksonville Staff Education and Training, examines a medical mannequin before it is used for training. Stephen, a native of Decatur, Georgia, says, “Working with realistic mannequins gives every type of learner the skills needed in emergencies.” Recently the life-like mannequins were used to train NCIS and FBI special agents on death scenes and sexual assault investigations.
