220529-N-BR419-1231 PHILIPPINE SEA (May 29, 2022) A C-2A Greyhound, attached to the Providers of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 30, prepares to land on the flight deck of the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). VRC 30 is one of only two carrier qualified logistics support squadrons that provide supplies and personnel to the fleet by way of carrier onboard delivery. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
