NEW YORK -- (MAY 26, 2022) U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Christina Bobrowsky of Long Island, New York interviews Sonar Technician Kevin Boyd of Brooklyn, New York on the flight deck of USS Bataan (LHD-5) for a Fleet Week social media series being produced by the Public Affairs Office.
Fleet Week New York, now in its 34th year, is the city’s time-honored celebration of the sea services. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the citizens of New York and the surrounding tri-state area to meet Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, and witness firsthand the latest capabilities of today’s maritime services.
