(May 20, 2022) Sailors assigned to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) force protection, conduct passing of the flag during a retirement ceremony for Master-at-Arms 1st Class Stephanie Durazo at the Seabee Chapel. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
