Delivery driver Willem Van’t Ende, transports a truck containing 23 pallets of infant formula at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 23, 2022. Hundreds of boxes of formula arrived and were unloaded, palletized and loaded on a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III aircraft for transport during Operation Fly Formula, an operation to quickly import the formula to the United States that meets U.S. health and safety standards. A second shipment of formula began arriving May 23 at Ramstein Air Base for processing and loading onto a commercial contracted carrier destined for the United States.
