Anthony Minaudo, of the 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, provides administrative documents pertaining to the divestment of two ambulances to the Ain Al Asad Medical Center to Iraqi Air Force Staff Maj. Gen. Abbas Fadel Damer, the commander of Al Asad Air Base, on May 12, 2022. Abbas served as the vetted officer responsible for inspecting and taking ownership of the two divested ambulances.
