Brig. Gen. James Lukeman, commanding general of 2nd Marine Division, is thanking Dan Shannon, president and founder of Operation Homelink, for all that he has done for the families and service members by providing them with laptops, Saturday morning at the USO North Carolina Jacksonville. Lukeman went on to tell the importance of communication and how much Operation Homelink is appreciated for providing service members and their families with the capabilities to do so. Lukeman said Operation Homelink is a great organization that is allowing service members to see their families while on deployment and keep up communication with them.
