LOADEX allows new heavy equipment operators to apply classroom instruction to a real-world training environment. The overarching strategy of LOADEX is to reinforce naval integration between the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy while incorporating new risk management methodologies into amphibious logistical operations.
