Loren Jacobi, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3’s commanding officer, presents a certificate of advancement to Senior Chief Logistics Specialist Mandy Ojo, during a frocking ceremony on Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). HSC-3 is the West Coast MH-60S fleet replacement squadron, responsible for training pilots and aircrewmen by providing the most capable warfighters to the fleet.
