U.S. Marines with Third Battalion, Third Marine Regiment (3/3), complete an evacuation of a simulated casualty during a cliff assault exercise at Lower Training Area, Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, California on Oct. 6, 2012. The cliff assault course was a part of Mountain Ex. 12.7, a twelve day exercise meant to prepare the marines of 3/3 both physically and mentally for high elevation environments.
