A U.S. Soldier from the 104th Aviation Unit out of Madison, Wisconsin is lowered to the roof of a sixth story building to perform a hoist rescue during a Wisconsin Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package exercise May 14, 2022 at the Fox Valley Technical College, Public Safety Training Center, Appleton, Wisconsin. The exercise included setting up a field medical site, providing search and rescue for casualties, and hoisting casualties via UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters to the field medical site to be treated.
