Marc Arrigo, an explosive ordinance disposal technician, both assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), prepare a blood transfusion during a Valkyrie training exercise on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, May 12, 2022. The Valkyrie Program prepares Marines to assist U.S. Navy corpsmen with blood transfusion and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for a casualty in critical condition.
