Lincoln's Challenge Academy Cadets visit Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois to lay mulch and perform area beautification outside of the Illinois National Guard Joint Force Headquarters April 29, 2022. Lincoln's Challenge Academy is a cost-free life skills and educational program with a structured residential environment for Illinois youth ages 16 to 18. Cadets are given the opportunity to earn their GED or recover credits, in addition to learning positive habits and developing life skills necessary to be successful, responsible citizens.
