A U.S. Air Force CV-22B Osprey assigned to the 352d Special Operations Wing is escorted by a UH-1Y Venom and an AH-1W Super Cobra assigned to 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, practice landing in a simulated hostile combat landing zone March 12, 2022, during exercise Cold Response ‘22 in northern Norway. This training was conducted to better familiarize each unit with each other's tactics and protocols. Exercise Cold Response '22 is a biennial Norwegian national readiness and defense exercise that takes place across Norway, with participation from each of its military services, as well as from 26 additional NATO allied nations and regional partners.
