A Stryker vehicle moves through the busy downtown streets of Mosul, the third largest city in Iraq. The eight-wheeled, 350-horsepower, diesel engine Stryker vehicle is the Army?s newest tactical fighting vehicle, used for the first time in combat operations by the 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team) based in northern Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
