U.S. Army Officer Candidate School cadets, with the New Jersey National Guard, and Albanian Armed Forces OCS cadets receive an after-action briefing from Maj. New Jersey Army National Guard soldiers selected to Officer Candidate School, along with their leadership cadre, traveled to Albania to participate with AAF OCS cadets, strengthening the 20 year New Jersey–Albania Partnership, which is one of 22 European partnerships that make up the U.S. European Command State Partnership Program and one of 65 worldwide partnerships that make up the National Guard State Partnership Program.
