Rick O’Rawe, a director with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) at Slade Cutter Park, Virginia, April 8, 2022. The registration fee for Marines and Sailors in the softball tournament were contributed as donations for the NMCRS. The NMCRS is a nonprofit and charitable organization sponsored by the Department of the Navy to provide financial, educational, and other assistance to active and retired service members.
