KEYPORT, Wash. (April 1, 2022) – Sailors assigned to Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB) demonstrate a Rube Goldberg machine during an Enlisted Leadership Development Program (ELDP) course. The ELDP is a three-tier course designed to invest in Sailors’ leadership skills while at TRFB. TRFB supports the nation’s strategic deterrence mission repairing, incrementally overhauling, and modernizing Pacific Fleet strategic ballistic missile submarines during refits.
