SILVERDALE, Wash. (Mar. 31, 2022) – Sailors assigned to Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB) play a friendly game of Ultimate Football during an Enlisted Leadership Development Program (ELDP) course. The ELDP is a three-tier course designed to invest in Sailors’ leadership skills during their time at TRFB.
