Educators work together to accomplish the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) in Parris Island, South Carolina on March 16, 2022. The LRC is a leadership exercise that give recruits the opportunity to lead and problem solve in a set time limit during recruit training. The Educators Workshop brings different teachers, community leaders, and influencer from around the country in order to experience a sample of the process of making Marines.
