A Concerned Local Citizen comes out from inside the newly erected guard tower as a fellow CLC takes a knee and provides security, during a joint operation with U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The new guard tower is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
