A Concerned Local Citizen climbs down from inside the newly erected guard tower during a joint operation with U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The new guard tower is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
