U.S. Army Sgt. Charles Williams from Company A, 203rd Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, unhooks the chains from the top to guard tower after it was lowered down by a crane, during a joint operation with Concerned Local Citizens in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
