Charles Williams from Company A, 203rd Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, motions to the crane operator he's clear to lift up the top of a guard tower, during a joint operation in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
