A local Iraqi engineer looks on and guides the crane operator as he places the lid on the top of the first tier of a guard tower, during a joint operation with Concerned Local Citizens and U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
