U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Andrew Pearce from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, uses the radio to back up a flat bed truck carrying the base and two tiers for a guard tower during a joint operation with Concerned Local Citizens in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
