A Concerned Local Citizens climbs down a latter after scanning the area for snipers from the rooftop of a an abandoned building during a joint operation with U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
