A Concerned Local Citizen helps provide security during a joint operation with U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, to erect a new CLC guard tower in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The new guard tower is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
