U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Mathew Jemison (left) along with two fellow Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, use their weapon optics to scan for enemy sniper positions while securing the area during a joint operation with Concerned Local Citizens in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007. The joint operation is to erect a new guard tower which is going to be manned by CLC to help disrupt enemy activity in the area.
