U.S. Army Spc. Mishael Francois from 3rd Platoon, Baker Company, 1-15 Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, secures the roadway with the help of two Concerned Local Citizens during a joint operation in Al Ja'ara, Iraq, Dec. 3, 2007.
