Nathan Moore, 17th Coast Guard District commander, and Alaska Air National Guard Maj. Gen. Torrence Saxe, Alaska adjutant general, met at the U.S. Coast Guard reception facility in Juneau, Alaska, March 15, 2022, during Exercise ARCTIC EDGE 2022. AE22 included approximately 1,000 participants, including U.S. and Canadian servicemembers, U.S. Coast Guardsmen, and government employees from the U.S. Department of Defense and Canada's Department of National Defence.
