Bush (CVN 77) practice aircraft firefighting techniques at a general quarters drill during Tailored Ship’s Training Availability/Final Evaluation Problem (TSTA/FEP), Feb. 11. TSTA/FEP is a multi-phase training evolution designed to give the crew a solid foundation of unit-level operating proficiency and to enhance the ship’s ability to self-train. George H.W. Bush provides the national command authority flexible, tailorable war fighting capability through the carrier strike group that maintains maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
