POINT MUGU, Calif. (March 7, 2022) Engineman 3rd Class Eric Pineda from Wichita, Kansas, receives Night Optical Device training during a convoy operations course of instruction. The convoy operations course of instruction is taught and hosted by Maritime Expeditionary Security Group (MESG) 1 Training Evaluation Unit's High-Risk instructors. Pineda is assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 1 and is a High Mobility Mulit-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) driver during convoy operations.
