Brig. Gen. Lance G. Curtis, deputy commanding general of 1st Theater Sustainment Command, addresses Soldiers attending a Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program, or SHARP, summit at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 28, 2022. Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., commanding general for 1st TSC, hosted the daylong summit to provide SHARP professionals the opportunity to ask questions of senior leadership, make recommendations, share best practices, and focus on ways they can enhance their resilience in the face of performing a tough, voluntary mission.
