Command Sgt. Maj. Michael J. Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., the commanding general for 1st TSC, hosted the daylong summit to provide SHARP professionals the opportunity to ask questions of senior leadership, make recommendations, share best practices, and focus on ways they can enhance their resilience in the face of performing a tough, voluntary mission.
