Capt. Jonathon Landrum, a chaplain with 3rd Medical Command, addresses Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., commanding general of 1st Theater Sustainment Command, during a during a Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program, or SHARP, summit at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 28, 2022.
