Maj. Mark Osmack, the 35th Infantry Division Civil Affairs Officer-in-Charge, gives Afghan children temporarily staying at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, high fives during a community event. Although he is new to Camp As Sayliyah, Osmack has integrated himself well into his new environment, including successful participation in the 18.6-mile Norwegian Foot March without any training.
