These photos were taken at the Clark Air Base flight line as the second planeload of prisoners of war released by the North Vietnamese on 4 March 1973 arrived by C-141 at Clark Air Base. On hand to greet the returnees were Adm. Gayler, Gen. Moore and a member of the State Department (unidentified) and an Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (unidentified). Positive correlation of names to individual photos not made, since I have no ID photos available at this time. Lt. Col. Thomas M. Madison. 4 Mar 73.
