Brig. Gen. James M. Milano (center), the new Multi-National Division - Baghdad deputy commanding general for support, tours a revitalized market area in the Rabi neighborhood of northeast Baghdad accompanied by (2nd from left) Madison, N.C., native Capt. Josh Richardson, commander of B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, and (right) 1st Lt. Larry Pitts, one of Richardson's platoon leaders. Milano has been touring different areas of operation in Baghdad to find out "where we are having success," as his unit, the 4th Infantry Division, takes over control of the Iraqi capital from the 1st Cavalry Division.
