Munera, commanding general of 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, the U.S. Department of Defense’s premier all hazards formation; poses with the new Tactical All Hazards Ensemble, Feb. 17, at the headquarters on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
