Kevin Mitchell and Matt Brown finish up a major repair of a trunnion on a B-52. Cracks were found on the trunnion, but mechanics, supervisors and engineers worked together to devise a plan to cut the trunnion in half and install a splice plate. Integrating major structural repairs into the allotted flow days for the B-52's programmed depot maintenance met a key component into their Art of the Possible goals. (Air Force photo by Kelly White)
