(Feb. 02, 2022) Sonar Technician (Submarine) 1st Class John-Albert Caronquirntao, participates in an active shooter drill onboard Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London. In an effort to enhance the readiness of base Naval Security Forces to respond to threats, SUBASE conducted exercise “Solid Curtain” which included Sailors, base personnel and first responders. The anti-terrorism and force protection exercise is conducted by Navy installations to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times.
