Black speak with Sailors, Airmen and Soldiers assigned to the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES) at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Smith and Black visited Dover to become familiar with the dignified return of fallen American service members. Dover also hosts the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations and Joint Personal Effects Depot (JPED).
