STS-100 Mission Specialist MS Chris Hadfield works at the shuttle Remote Manipulator System RMS controls on the aft flight deck of Endeavour, Orbiter Vehicle OV 105, during the 'handshake' / passing of the pallet between the Canadarm2 / Space Station Remote Manipulator System SSRMS and the shuttle RMS.
