NORTH ATLANTIC (Feb. 3, 2022) – Quartermaster Seaman Anthony Smith prepares to hoist the Romeo flag before a replenishment-at-sea aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), Feb. 3, 2022.
