U.S. Marine Corps Recruit Max Arellano, a recruit with Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, sends rounds down range on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 2, 2022. Arellano was participating in Table 3, the newest addition to recruit training on the west coast. Table 3 requires teams of four to rush toward various types of cover and fire at targets located at several unknown distances. The range provided recruits with modern day training equipment such as four-wheel autonomous robot targets and a network system of targets that spring up and down. Arellano was recruited out of San Antonio, Texas with Recruiting Station Austin North. (U.S Marine Corps Photo by Sgt. Christopher Madero)
