FBI agents work together to sift through dirt from an improvised explosive device detonation as part of a Large Vehicle Bomb Post-Blast Analysis course at Range 800 on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Jan. 26, 2022. The course focused on collecting attack-related material such as device components, casualty information and explosive residue following a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device attack. Through post-blast analysis, EOD Marines can provide intelligence sections with the information needed to assess how an explosive threat was manufactured. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
